The production process of IXPE XPE XLPE cross-linked foaming is as follows:
Raw materials (PE, AC, etc. are mixed according to the formula) --- Granulation --- Mixed according to the formula --- Extruded sheet master piece ---Electronic irradiation --- Electric heating foaming furnace --- Winding IXPE products.
1.Granulation
The granulation unit adopts a 75L internal mixer and 150# single screw extruder, and a cooling receiving systemthe. The output can reach 280kg/h.
The internal mixer chamber adopts electric heating (also can be heated by steam or heat-conducting oil), the heating speed is fast and the heat preservation performance is good.Collect temperature, pressure and time signals, through PLC integrated control, realize constant temperature and automatically complete banburying.
The 150# single-screw extruder granulator adopts PLC control and precise temperature control; the screw length to diameter ratio is 14:1, which conforms to the IXPE and XPE granulation process; the eccentric cutting speed is adjustable, the granulation is uniform, and the discharge speed Fast; the mold is specially designed, easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to clean.
The cooling receiving system consists of two-stage air cooling and a temporary storage warehouse.
2. Master sheet extruder
The IXPE sheet extruder usually uses 150# or 160# single screw extruder. The width of the sheet is 300~800mm, and the thickness is 0.1-3mm. The extruded product is uniform and natural, and the surface is smooth. The extruder unit has large extrusion capacity, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
This IXPE sheet extruder consists of a main machine and a cooling and winding unit. The cooling-winding unit has three/double-roll calendering cooling and over-water cooling.
3. Automatic mixer
This automatic mixer is a human-computer interaction system, equipped with formula input, storage, selection, automatic feeding, weighing, mixing, lack of material alarm and other functions. 4.Electronic irradiation production line
The IXPE electronic irradiation production line is a continuous sheet production line, which is divided into self-shielding and non-self-shielding. The energy range of the electron accelerator can be 0.8~2.5MeV, the beam current is 40mA, and the scan width can reach 100cm. A computer system with PLC and touch screen is used to achieve comprehensive control of the accelerator: After inputting parameters such as energy, beam current, and process line speed, the accelerator can automatically follow the process line, and the accelerator does not need to be on duty. The system has the function of real-time display and recording of operating parameters; it has monitoring and alarm functions for water pressure, air pressure, and temperature; it has safety and electrical interlocking functions.
5.Electric heating foaming furnace
This foaming furnace is an IXPE cross-linked foaming furnace. The heating method is gas heating. This furnace has the advantages of low cost, small floor space, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Including unwinding machine, horizontal preheating furnace, vertical foaming furnace, furnace mouth traction and cooling machine, sheet rectifying machine, trimming machine, sheet traction machine, double station winding machine and other units. Optional corona machine and surface treatment machine. The furnace type is a horizontal furnace + vertical furnace structure, compact structure, simple and convenient to maintain, IXPE is freely and fully foamed in the furnace, and the foaming quality is excellent.
The foamable range is 5-40 times, the foaming thickness is 0.5~5mm, the foaming width is 400~1800mm, and the output can reach 70~100kg/h.
